If you know for a FACT you don't want it. Pyriforum filler has been causing enlarged nose and difficulty breathing for me. Is it better to get dissolved immediately or to wait? It never addressed nasolabial folds

Continue to retain water and swell, particularly in sensitive areas like the nose and midface

Cause pressure effects on nearby structures, which may explain the breathing discomfort you’re noticing

Become more integrated into tissue over time, making later dissolution sometimes require more sessions

If the filler never improved your nasolabial folds to begin with, that’s another important signal. In those cases, keeping it in place rarely leads to improvement later — it usually just prolongs dissatisfaction or discomfort.

A few key points to keep in mind:

Dissolving HA filler is not a failure — it’s a corrective step. Many patients feel immediate relief once excess or misplaced filler is removed.

Waiting does not make it safer. In fact, prolonged swelling or pressure can sometimes worsen symptoms.
