I have perky breasts . I am a 32C/D. I want implants that will keep my same perkiness but natural. What cc should I get? (photo)

Based on your photos and desired outcome I recommend a moderate profile with whatever size you are hoping to achieve. Implant size does not correlate to cup size therefor, you should try on different implant sizes. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for the question. If you desire the most natural results consider silicone smooth wall round high profile implants. Size can be determined using measurements and sizers. I find Allergan to be an excellent implant. Lastly sub muscular placement would give you the most natural result. Hope you find this helpful 

Dear Telly,    Thanks for submitting your pictures and your desired look pictures. From your pictures, you appear to be a C cup on the right side and small C cup on the left side. Your desired look pictures appears to be full C or D cup. If you are 32 C cup, 375 cc or 400 cc implants will increase your breasts  by 3 sizes to a 32 DDD. Obviously, this is excessive for you based on your desired look pictures. For you, to become a 32 D , you will need 125 cc implant on the right side and 150 cc implant on the left side. For accurate and predictable breasts size results, your breasts and chest circumference will have to be measured by your surgeon.  In my over 27 years of practice , I have noticed that many women, over estimate their breasts size, mainly, because 'Victoria secrets' make the bra size smaller , so women feel better about their breasts size. In order for you to get naturally mobile breasts with nice slope and cleavage, it is critical that you follow up surgery with implants displacement massage. Otherwise you might get hardening of the breasts and wide cleavage. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Thank you for the question and the photos. It appears you are a good candidate for a breast augmentation with moderate size implants placed over the muscle to give you a more natural look. The implants will drop naturally because you have enough tissue to cover them. The slight breast asymmetry can also be corrected with the implants. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon to try on different size samples so you can get a better idea of what they feel like. All the best..Dr. K

Thank you for your questions and fear photographs.  You already have a large amount of natural breast volume so you do have to be careful about how much more you add.  The natural breast such as in your situation tends to have more volume to the bottom making the upper portion of the breast look more flat or hollow.In a situation such as yours the diameter of the implant is the most important factor.  If you are looking to achieve more fullness in the upper portion of the breast the implant will have to be tall enough to accomplish that goal.I can't give you an exact number without knowing the dimensions of your breasts but ion someone with your volume I would be leaning towards a tall implant probably moderate plus or moderate classic.  I think a high profile with the right diameter would probably be overly large given what your starting with.I would recommend that you look at implant sizers in a testing bra to get a sense of how the volume will look and feel.  Your plastic surgeon can help you arrange this.I hope this has been helpful.That's wishes.

why do you want an augment.?  you are already a d cup. the key word that you state is natural. at your ht and wt 375-400 is way too big if you are looking for a natural look.

You are an excellent candidate for an augmentation and I believe you results are realistic and achievable. Which implant is best for you will very much be determined by your measurements.  Based upon your desired results,you would most likely need anatomic-shaped implants in order to give you the natural result you want with lower pole fullness, without significant upper pole fullness.  I do feel a 400 cc implant will most likely make you larger than desired, unless her breasts are fairly wide.

It looks like you are a good candidate to achieve a natural shape to your breasts after augmentation.  I would recommend a dual plane technique with silicone gel implants. In terms of implant sizing, I consider two factors when selecting implants for my patients:1. Dimensional planning2. Gel Implant Sizing systemDimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken. Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However, there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall.
