I hate the look of super perky breasts that look like Madonna cones or pecks. I want a natural drop and movement. I was thinking 375-400 cc. Does low profile or high have an effect? I believe my skin is tight (track runner of 13 years) I know each desired look is slightly different but I hope it Portrays the volume I want. I'm only 127 lbs 5'3 so I don't want to go overboard. The more natural the better!

Size can be determined using measurements and sizers. I find Allergan to be an excellent implant. Lastly sub muscular placement would give you the most natural result. Hope you find this helpful

From your pictures, you appear to be a C cup on the right side and small C cup on the left side. Your desired look pictures appears to be full C or D cup. If you are 32 C cup, 375 cc or 400 cc implants will increase your breasts by 3 sizes to a 32 DDD. Obviously, this is excessive for you based on your desired look pictures. For you, to become a 32 D , you will need 125 cc implant on the right side and 150 cc implant on the left side. For accurate and predictable breasts size results, your breasts and chest circumference will have to be measured by your surgeon. In my over 27 years of practice , I have noticed that many women, over estimate their breasts size, mainly, because 'Victoria secrets' make the bra size smaller , so women feel better about their breasts size. If you are looking to achieve more fullness in the upper portion of the breast the implant will have to be tall enough to accomplish that goal.I can't give you an exact number without knowing the dimensions of your breasts but ion someone with your volume I would be leaning towards a tall implant probably moderate plus or moderate classic.
