Can you please tell me how long you would have to wait to get juvederm after a wisdom tooth removal?

Getting your wisdom teeth removed is quite a big procedure and can sometimes take a little longer to heal. I would wait until you are completely healed from this before going in for your injectables. As always, make sure to make your injector aware of the dental work you've had done.

The first reason for waiting is, you are placed at a higher risk of infection.  And the second is, swelling of the mouth and face can distort your normal appearance and animation making it difficult for the injector to make an accurate assessment.

Though each provider will vary in their opinion of how long to wait after wisdom teeth removal, I would not recommend an injectable facial product for at least 2-4 weeks. You will have swelling that will take several weeks to resolve. Ensure that the swelling has significantly improved before scheduling your appointment. You want to wait two weeks before getting filler after any dental work.  The two reasons for this are to let any swelling after the dental work subside so that the filler can be placed accurately, but most importantly, should you have a low grade infection from any dental work this period gives you time to heal and reduces your chance of infection at the injection site.  

Bruising or swelling from your wisdom teeth removal may last 7-10 day. I would suggest waiting for all of the swelling from your dental procedure to go down before having an injection.
