Nipple Position is a precise measurement that is made prior to surgery.  Most likely your swelling is contributing to some displacement of your nipples and shifting one of the nipples farther out than the other.  In my experience, patients evaluate themselves too early after surgery....

If your breast look like the photos, then this does look like tuberous deformity. If you don't want bigger breasts then this can be corrected by circum-areolar (around the areolae) skin reduction. Regards, Dr Steve Merten, Sydney, Australia
