You are still quite early after your surgery so there is still swelling and the implants have not yet settled. It is very likely that the nipple position will continue to change after more time has passed. It is very unlikely that having one nipple pierced is causing anything at this point, though you may have had some degree of asymmetry pre-operatively in your nipple position. The surgeon who operated on you should be able to evaluate you in person and answer your question definitively.
Nipple Position is a precise measurement that is made prior to surgery. Most likely your swelling is contributing to some displacement of your nipples and shifting one of the nipples farther out than the other. In my experience, patients evaluate themselves too early after surgery. I critique my results at the 3 month period and sometimes wait another 3 months if I am going to take patients back to surgery. In your case your pictures show alot of swelling, so I would recommend that you just be patient and keep your follow up appointments.
I am sure your surgeon explained that asymmetries are the norm this early after surgery. Do not scrutinize too closely for several weeks. It only leads to unnecessary unhappinessAll the best,Talmage Raine MD
