What would be the cost to go up a cup size?

Question

I range from a 36B to a 32C depending on the bra. I want to go up a size, without spending an ungodly amount of money, which I don't have. Where would be the best place to go to get this done? I can add current images if needed.

The size of implant is dictated by your chest wall measurements.  Once we determine that we can choose the profile based on what you want or need to achieve.
  
Silicone will give you a fullness at the top (upper pole fullness).
  
Silicone implants come pre-filled with a silicone gel and are the softest implant available. They feel more natural, which makes them a good option for women with less natural breast tissue; but they require a larger incision. It may be more difficult to realize if this type of implant has ruptured, so it is important to monitor them with annual follow-up visits. Additionally, because this implant contains a more liquid silicone (less cross-linked), if this implant should rupture, it will leak only into the scar capsule formed around the implant but may cause some discomfort or implant distortion.
  
Anatomic gummy bear implants might be a good choice to give you volume.
  
These highly-sought-after, anatomic implants offer a look that more closely resembles the natural silhouette of a breast, and, therefore, are a very attractive option for individuals seeking a natural-looking, aesthetic primary breast augmentation. Additionally, these implants are an especially excellent option for patients undergoing restorative or corrective breast surgery because they provide more stability, shape, and reduced incidence of capsular contracture. Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. 1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. The cost of a breast augmentation includes the surgeon's fee, implant, operating room, anesthesia, and post operative garments, as well as any prescription medications needed. The size of the implant does not change the cost. Get a few opinions from board certified plastic surgeons. Cost is an important factor, but you don't want bargain surgery!

Here in Tijuana, México the lowest price for you is $3500 USD... Still you have to travel all the way down here... Cup size usually doesn´t matter, is just the procedure and the implant cost. Good luck and always look for a certified surgeon...

Save your money and do the right thing for you. Shopping for some cheap fix will buy you a trip to the emergency room or a surgical night mare.
