Is it safe for a nursing mother to use waxing or any kind of other cream to remove hair on the armpit which has breast tissue?

I am a nursing mother. I have breast tissue on my armpit since I was pregnant. Does it effect to my baby through milk if I use any cream or else to remove hair? Is this tissue will go after I stop breastfeeding?

Little follicle inflammation after tthe hair removal could be normal. Having said that the inflammation should go away within 3 days. The provider may have to adjust the settings next time around. Please let them see it or take a picture of the reaction.
