I developed malar mounds from fillers done 3.5 years ago, and after consulting here and with a specialist, had them dissolved. The first round of dissolution helped a lot, but the second round (which I shouldn't have allowed) left sagging and volume loss on my right side. The specialist recommended PRF, but it's pricey and sounds gimmicky. Should I do that or contour with filler? Lasers? Surgery? What now? I think I made the problem worse by trying to solve it in the first place.
