How to fix forehead depressions? Makes me look like I'm anxious all the time. (photos)

Question

I have these two depressions right above the start of my two eyebrows. I tried to get the best picture of them that I could It's a little difficult to get them to show up in pictures but in real life it makes me look like I'm anxious all the time. You can really see them when I raise my eyebrows which I tried to show. I've had botox before and it helped so that I couldn't make them worse than they are when Im just resting my face. It didn't do anything more

There are two components to wrinkles and folds between the eyebrows. First, the muscles of facial expression there are responsible for the overlying folding in the fabric of the skin with emoting, I.e. raising eyebrows, etc. So, this component, known as the dynamic component, can be treated with Botox, as you have done. However, after years of using those underlying muscles and scrunching of the overlying fabric of the skin, static folds and wrinkles can form--meaning those folds that now remain in the skin even without emoting. And this can usually be treated with a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler properly injected by a filler expert. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Based on your photos, since these indentations are next to both eyebrows, these look like they would respond well to Botox in the frown area. If you could not get resolution with one doctor, please consider visiting another. Injectable fillers should be a last resort. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

there are many different techniques one can use for botox injections.I would recommend trying it with another doctor.We generally use minimally diluted botox and Inject right into the correct muscles that need to be injected and get great results.Try it one more time.

Thank you for the photos. Do you have scars there? Did you ever have any steroid injected into the area? 
Your best treatment is to have combination of botox and filler to that area. It can expertly be performed in the right hand
