I have some under eye hollowing and thinking of filler or fat transfer. I am leaning towards filler as less downtime, but I have very thin skin in my under eye area. Could I still get good results with filler or is it best to stay away from it? My skin is tight in this area/no sagging, just thin/see-through looking.

There are many different techniques one can use for botox injections.I would recommend trying it with another doctor. We generally use minimally diluted botox and Inject right into the correct muscles that need to be injected and get great results.Try it one more time.
The duration of the filler depends on the type of the filler, the amount injected, the area injected and then your own metabolism.
Upper eyelid hollowness is tricky, not a lot of filler goes there. I suggest you go back to either of the oculoplastic surgeons and seek their advise. Most likely...
You look amazing. Your skin is gorgeous!!! Keep up on your skincare routine. If you keep your skin looking youthful you will age nicely. At some point down the road you may consider neurotoxin for fine lines, and lasers as well. Right now keep doing what your are doing!!! Great job!
