Can you get the penuma more than once?

The Himplant by Penuma comes in various sizes and I select the largest implant that a patient's anatomy will accommodate. After the procedure, there is some tightness to the skin. In the months that follow, the skin will stretch and alleviate that tightness. This additional stretch to the skin will often allow for the implant to be swapped out surgically for an even bigger implant to be inserted if the patient so desires.
