You definitely need to see an OCULOPLASTIC surgeon for evaluation. The lump could be a number of things and it could be infected. Topical medication will NOT help.

At a minimum you should be examined by an ophthalmologist.  It is unlikely that a cream will resolve this.  You may have an inclusion cyst.  Ask your primary care physician for a referral.  Alternatively, Los Angeles County/Harbor UCLA Medical Center provides excellent medical care and has an ophthalmology service as well.
