Your questions can’t be answered without knowing which method is meant when you say „incisionless otoplasty“. It is usual for the questions to be answered by the surgeon that operated on you.

If you trusted a surgeon to do your surgery, i am not sure why you don't trust your surgeon's instructions for postoperative care.  The success of surgery is dependent on the care afterward.  Your surgeon is the best person to ask an would not be happy if you followed directions from some one who didn't see you before surgery and was not present at your surgery.

Every surgeon will have a slightly different protocol for post op care for the presidency censures they perform so asking your surgeon is best.
