I was told I could remove my wrap 2 days ago. I delayed; I was uncomfortable w. the pain of rewrapping. Swelling/pain has gone down, but I'm worried I'm not caring for it well (given how little info there is online for this). Just removed wrap(~2 days after permissable), wondering if I should air out & how to clean it, if necessary? No issues, just a 2-3 blood droplet scabs & bruising. Personally I'd like to let it heal, then clean up when all the pain is subsided, but I don't want to infect.
