I had my first otoplasty a year ago, it was undercorrected because my i didn't had an anti-helix...so i went on an otoplasty revision, and now my ears are not symmetric, and i also realised that my shoulders should be more pinned back to the head, so i will go to a different surgeon and have my left ear pinned even more, and my right ear to to be the same, and also remove cartillage from my right ears, the only way they can be symmetrical is by doing that, how long i need to wait?
