My lips have two colors, is there a home remedy to fix this? (photos)

My upper lips have two colours, dry, dark, wrinkly skin on top of the upper lips and pink on the bottom of the upper lips, and the same problem is also present in my lower lips and the sides. My lip shape is already ugly and this makes it even more ugly. Is there ant home remedy to cure this?
