What will help this bumpy, shrivelled-looking skin texture? (Photos)

Hi I’ve had this very bumpy and almost shriveled looking skin texture for quite some time what would be the best recommendation to help??

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

From what I can gather from the photos you have provided, the skin texture seems to be scarring from acne. For this, there are many treatment options that may help improve the appearance. These range from light to deep chemical peels, microneedling with SkinPen, microneedling with radiofrequency, laser skin resurfacing, and more. 
An in-person consultation would be ideal for evaluating and treating you in the best way possible, but my recommendations based off this photo are as follows: - 3 sessions of light chemical peels to resurface the skin gently, alternating every 3 weeks with 3 sessions of microneedling + laser skin resurfacing.
- With the microneedling+laser sessions, I would recommend adding exosomes to help the healing time of the laser and help the body build more collagen to resurface the scars. 
More sessions of gentle resurfacing over time yields beautiful results!

Laser resurfacing would help.  I'd be aggressive as you need deeper resurfacing to improve this condition.

Hi! This kind of looks like acne scarring to me, although we would need some more history to know for sure. I would recommend consulting with a dermatologist to see what options there are. If it is acne scarring, usually something like microneedling is a good treatment.

It is difficult to analyze from this photo, but it is probably scarring from acne or some trauma. This could be treated with laser resurfacing. In our practice we would use the Sciton Contour or Pro fractional laser. Radiofrequency microneedling would also be beneficial. We recommend SyldfirmX. These treatments are done under topical or local anesthesia.
