What will happen if I don't wear my foam pads with my compression garment to work but then wear it full time at home?

The foam pads my doctor gave me to wear on the front of my thighs are bulky and my legs don't fit in my work uniform. I will stick it out if I have to but hoping for an opinion on taking the pads out during the 8am-5pm hours.

Post liposuction instructions and garments can vary from surgeon to surgeon so it is best to follow your surgeon's instructions.  In my practice, the garments I recommend offer appropriate compression without bulky foam pads.  You may ask your surgeon if this can be a possibility for you.  Good luck and be safe.John T. Best to discuss your concerns with your doctor and reach a solution like a different garment that doesn't require foam pads.
