I'm 5"3 and about 125 lbs. I used to be about twenty pounds heavier, and i don't think i've lost much off of my arms at all. They're a different clothing size to the rest of my body and just totally out of proportion. If I had liposuction, would i end up with saggy skin due to the size of my arms? I don't want an arm lift because of the scars, but there's no point in getting lipo done if i have to deal with a load of saggy skin. Thanks.

Liposuction of the neck would help address the fat excess in the neck region. I would also consider platysmaplasty as it would likely further contour the neck and improve its appearance. Good luck and be safe.John T. Nguyen, MD, FACS, FICSDouble Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Liposuction just removes the fat and or volume but does not affect the skin unless it is very loose and poor elasticity which may cause it to sag. The medial thigh is most prone to these types of problems and defects after liposuction can be more prominent.
