Would neck liposuction work for me? (Photo)

Young persons like you with excessive fat in their upper neck but with good elasticity should get an excellent improvement with simple liposuction. We typically do this in the office with local anesthesia and oral sedation as needed.

You are very young to be considering this procedure, but it is very safe when performed by a competent physician with experience.  See a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who performs this procedure regularly.  From the pictures I think you could be treated very easily and be back at work in a few days, with only mild swelling or bruising.  Surgery or chin implants don't appear from the pictures to be needed.  I wish you the best of luck, Dr. Emer.
