Enough of fillers you need a rhinoplasty to really gain a better result for your complete facial symmetry.....

First of all you have an attractive, though lean face.  Your nose appears fine and proportional in size to your face.  Beautiful women often have a very egg shaped, oval overall facial structure.  Your face is someone long and narrow and would probably easily develop a more oval shape with midface enhancement by injection a filler like Voluma or Radiesse in the upper outer cheek.  If done in the proper amount it would provide a subtle but noticeable improvement in the shape, and also would make the nose appear smaller.

When patients ask me this question, I give them a mirror and ask them  to point to the "problem". We may disagree on what that is, or  even if a problem exists. I teach the resident of dermatology that we can only do what we can do (ie is someone is unhappy for a reason other than their dermatologic condition, then we need to recognize that).I hope you find what you need!

Women with very feminine faces have a soft, round 'apple' cheek.  You cheek area is very flat.  Having cheek implants or fillers will give you that soft, round, feminine face.  I use both with great success.  Implants are permanent and last a life time, but require surgery.  Fillers are quick and easy, but are temporary!  It's up to you.
