Is it safe to get a lip fat transfer if I previously had silicone removed?

Hello, I need to know if it's safe to get fat injected on lips that had previously silicone removed but there might still be some remainings. Or to inject on the face if I had a permanent filler injected before. Is there any risk that the live fat cells can wake up any dormant bacteria on the silicone and get an infection? Thank you.
