I had a heat based nonsurgical "tightening" treatment done that melted my fat and now I'm left with not only worse laxity, but hollowed eyes. Can I fix this? What are complications to consider? I know a bleph will help but I think it's the volume loss that really bugs me.. do I just give up on volume replacement,
