7 month post op - what can I do to minimize the appearance of my breast augmentation surgery scars?

I had my breast augmentation 7 months ago and I feel like my scar is still a little bit raised and dark, I've been applying silicone scar gel some days, is there anything I Can do to make it fade faster or better the appearance of it? I've seen some other breast aug scars and they look so much thinner than mine): and since I choose pretty small implants (230 cc) the scar is not hidden and pretty noticiable.
