Lump adjacent to scar on face - is this caused by poor lymphatic drainage? (photos)

Trustworthy576650
Rugby injury to the forehead which was glued and occurred in September. Deep wound into some layers of fat and approx. 1.5 inches. Scar is healing well and is still relatively fresh given this happened in September. Adjacent to the scar is an area of raised skin that is puckered and swollen. The raised area is only on one side and could perhaps be general healing associated with the adjacent damaged muscles or poor lymph drainage? However I'm unsure?
