I feel like my head is oddly shaped. It curves in around my nose bridge and looks smushed in from the front. I’ve already had cheek liposuction and buccal fat removal due to the sheer volume of fat in my cheeks before. Besides keeping my weight down, what can be done to improve my facial appearance?

Good Morning! If you have thought about rhinoplasty, that may be a great option. Rhinoplasty can be used to raise the bridge, narrow the tip, and refine the nostril width. Often times, the results can be natural and help to bring better harmony to the face. Thick nasal skin often needs to be stretched to bring thinning and that may require rib cartilage.
