Hair transplant or scar revision - best option?

Question

In 2017 I had hairline lowering plastic surgery. I wasn't happy with the appearance of the scar so in 2019 I returned to the place I had the surgery and had scar revision (just on the right side of the scar, as the left side was fine). It made a slight improvement but overall I'm still unhappy with its appearance, especially the amount of hair I've lost around it. I'm not sure whether a hair transplant would be the best option or another scar revision? (I'm 22, female and have very fine hair)

You have several options in the order of my preference:
1) Make-up artists can camouflage the scar with microblading or nano-needling2) You can have a scar revision to narrow it but the scar could stretch again3) You can have hair transplanted to hide the scar
