My scar feels empty underneath the skin after my Brazilian Butt Lift, is it possible to heal the scar? (photos)

It’s been about 4 years now since I had my BBL and I still have these scars from the incisions. Recently got laser treatments/steroid injections that just made it worse and now my dermatologist wants to do picogenesis laser treatments. Before treatments, it was still pitted but it's definitely got more caved in and red after treatment. The pictures don't even show just how deep the scar feels. I’m starting to feel hopeless because it hasn’t improved. (White/Asian, 23 y/o female)
