I had my saline implants drained in 3/21/17. Dr was very professional always explaining every step to me. The procedure was quite simple with only small needle prick. I am super happy with Dr Chase and would highly recommend

Dr. Chase was so professional, and made me feel at ease from day one. He gave me a lift and silicone implants. I especially appreciated him being a stickler about me showing up for all my post op appoinments. I couldn't be more pleased with how well it all went and turned out. He is the BEST! You will not be dissapointed.

My intentions of a BA were not realistic but I educated myself and found a doctor who didn't just say what I wanted to hear. Hey guys my name is Brittney and I wanted to discuss my breast lift, surgeon and everything in between. I hit puberty really young so I always had big breast that begun to hang at a young age. Finally I said enough is enough and I wanted to change my breast. I don't want anything spectacular I just want the perky breast I never had. I live in Las Vegas and let me tell you the plastic surgery cost out there is ridiculous! I know you shouldn't pick you surgeon off price but I did that. No strictly off price but price, certifications, location and just personality. I found the cutest little city 1 hour and 45 minutes away from me called St. George (in Utah). I began calling around getting quotes and I stumbled on doctor Lawrence J chase in St. George Utah. Now doing research I saw little to nothing about him. Few reviews but no complaints and still actively board certified. I got a consultation and I've never had a doctor be so thorough in explaining everything. He told me I needed a anchor lift and if I wanted implants he would want me to heal from the lift before doing another procedure. Long story short the day of surgery I was a ball of nerves. When Dr.Chase did my markings he just re assured my trust him. So friendly, honest and passionate about his work. He is truly a blessing to me. The hospital staff was amazing as well! Very nice and very compassionate. It was all so quick. Got checked in, hung out with staff while waiting for Dr. Chase and before you know it was game time. I woke up and BOOM, new breast! Only negative thing I have to say is I didn't react so good to the Anesthesia afterwards. I threw up several times and was very weak but I smoke marijuana so that may have had something to do with it. ( I was honest with my Anesthesiologist and Dr.Chase about it) here are my results. Be aware this surgery did just happen today so these are new scars and breast have had no time to settle. I will post before photos as well.

Breast hurt little to none at this point. I'm still on pain meds and an antibiotic but I only take the pain meds as needed. Now I have bruising ( which is normal for the first few weeks) also A clear discharge. I contacted my surgeon on his after hours line and discussed the discharge with him and that's normal as well. The discharge should not last more then about week though. My surgeon is very compassionate and he followed up with me the next day just to see what's going on. I love the fact that after the surgery he is still involved just as much as he was from the beginning. He isn't treating me like a dollar sign,he's treating me like a real patient. So happy I went to him.

It has been over two years since my procedure. I first learned about this doctor from a friend who also had work done from this doctor. Dr. Lawrence Chase was a fantastic doctor to work with and very caring after the procedure. His staff makes you feel comfortable and I am extremely happy I chose him.

About me: I was 20 years old, 130 pounds, 5'3 and wearing a 32B bra.

I am now 23 years old, 132 pounds, 5'3 and wearing either a 32DDD or a 34DD depending on the brand of the bra.

I received 525cc saline under the muscle implants. My breasts did come out larger than I expected, but I did insist on going 100 cc larger than my doctor originally suggested. If I could do it again, I would go smaller because it is hard to find bras that fit properly.

Cost: $2800.00 plus a deposit which I believe was either $300 or $600. I cant remember because it has been awhile. This is about half of the price of the Las Vegas doctors. I was back to bartending in approx 1.5 weeks. I did stay overnight in St. George and I had to make about four drives to St. George for appointments. Each drive takes about 2.5 hours from Las Vegas.

My scar: I chose to have my breasts implants inserted under the breast therefore I do have a small scar. I have waited two years and you can still see it if I am flat on my back. It has faded and it is completely flat. I am planning on having microderm to fade it to match my very pale skin tone because it is slightly pinker than my skin.

Went in for a breast revision and deflated implant. This was my third breast augmentation, my previous doctor retired. I had a friend recommended Dr. Chase and she was pleased with his work. About a month after my procedure I felt the permanent stitches come undone and my implants rippled, I did everything the doctor told me, this also caused right breast to sit in my arm pit when I lay down, which can be very uncomfortable especially in yoga. I've even had another doctor apologize for the unattractive breast Job. It's been a few years and I am once again looking for a good doctor. I am very nerves about going under again and spending more money:(

This is almost a year later too!!! Worst decision to go to a general plastic surgeon, I would never recommend a rhinoplasty with a general plastic surgeon, defiantly go for a specialist! I really need help I can't afford to much but I would love to have another procedure A.S.A.P. And would pay as much as is needed to fix my face!! Anyone know a good rhinoplasty surgeon close to Saint George Utah?

I’m 39. Mom of two. 5’8” tall. Probably over 200 pounds. I don’t weigh myself. Barely a size B. I’ve always wanted to get a BA. I made the decision to get it done Before I turn 40. While trying on the sizers I loved 500 cc. I have it in my head to go with 600 cc so I end up with what I like.
The closer the date gets here the more anxious I get. I’m so excited to go through this journey!

I’ve read so many reviews since January. I have gotten most of what has been recommended from others on here in anticipation of making my recovery as smooth as possible. Such as small ice packs, bendy straws, front button nightgowns, and some colace. We’ve even purchased a movable base for our bed.
I’m having a hard time deciding on the right bra for when I need to wash the surgical one. I don’t want to buy anything because of being unsure about what size I will need.
I’m so thankful for this forum. It’s helped me with questions I’ve had and also concerns.

My pre-op was on Dec. 5th. I went in thinking I could go 550-575, but my surgeon had other plans. He doesn’t want me going too big because he’s afraid of them them sagging too soon.
So I’ve chosen 485 and 520. I’m debating on making them both 520. I’ve got to make my mind up soon though my surgery is in one week.
Decisions. Decisions. Decisions.
I’m just looking forward to being bigger

Tomorrow is my BA and I’m so nervous. I know having doubts is normal, but what if I don’t like them? I could have done so many different things with this money.
I’ve never been fond of my breasts. I’ve always wanted to have a BA. My own mother has told me if you want to do it, do it. She had one 10 years ago and never regretted it. She wishes she was bigger. She’s been so excited for me ever since I made up my mind I was finally doing it.
I think my husband is more excited about it than I am, and he’s not even a boob guy.
I’m numb to it all. It doesn’t seem real.

I was at the surgical center at 6:30 am today. I got home around 10:30 am. I couldn’t sleep last night either.
My husband was with me this morning. We waited a little bit before being taken to start the process. They asked for a urine sample and gave me gown. The nurses were so sweet. One asked if this was my Christmas present.
The anesthesiologist introduced himself then Dr. Chase drew on me. Anesthesiologist came back said a few words and that’s all I remember. Next thing, I can hear a nurse trying to get my attention. I guess I slept for over an hour. She helped me get dressed and moved me to a big chair on wheels to a room closer to a door and I walked to the car and my husband took me home.
I was out of it for a couple hours but now I’m wide awake feeling mostly coherent to the world. I’m amazed at how fast it all went.
I imagined them being higher up on my chest so didn’t think they were very big, but taking a look in the mirror I’m in love already!!
Having beautiful boobs is what I asked for.

I have 485 in my left and 520 in my right. Natrelle Soft Touch Profile.
My left armpit is killing me and in between them feels like I’ve been cracked open like in open heart surgery. Lots of pressure that’s for sure.

My husband got to take the band off this morning. My Swelling has gone down and they’ve dropped a bit too. Pain and stiffness are a minimum today. Took a loratab early this morning and just some Tylenol a bit ago. I’m feeling much better than yesterday. I can get out of bed without help. I slept for six hours last night.

I thought I’d try my Macom bra and I feel so much better. It’s my size so I have the support but I’ll switch back to the bra my surgeon put me in after I wash it I understand he why he wants it loose now. I have a lot of droppage that needs to happen.
It’s been quite difficult sleeping sitting up but last night I managed to get six hours of good sleep. I’m feeling almost 100% normal. I’ve got tightness in my upper chest which is bearable.

Yesterday I felt horrible. I had a slight fever off and on throughout the day. My boobs were so hard and tight.
I’m feeling better today. Still some tightness along my armpits. I’m trying so hard not to engage my chest muscles. I end up hurting so much.
I’ve had to stop wearing my surgical bra because it was bothering my incisions.
Tomorrow I have my second post-op appointment where I learn the massages.
I’m enjoying seeing them change everyday. I can’t wait for them to round out and soften.

Today I feel so much better! I had a shower and I’m not worn out. I’ve been taking it easy and it’s paying off. Per my PS, I’m still not using my arms completely. I’m paying attention to keep my elbows close to my body so I’m not pulling anything. No over my head.
My PS told me to do my massages 6 x a day for 10 sec each. It was difficult at first with shopping and then Christmas but now I’m doing absolutely nothing but watching tv so it’s all I do now. The pain has gone away. I do still have tightness and pulling. I’m Extremely sensitive all over. My nipples are so so bad! I’d much rather have nothing on.
They’re not as big as I was expecting but I think I’ll be happy with them once they D&F.
I can switch to a wireless bra in two days which I’m so happy about. The shopping in Southern Utah is really shitty so my options to get sized is Victoria Secret which doesn’t make me happy. I’m hoping Dillard’s does. Has anybody gone to Dillard’s? Maybe JCPenney? We don’t have a Nordstrom.

So I’ve been a bit sad about my new boobs. I was under the impression I ordered round high profiles, but my identification cards says I have anatomical(tear drop).
I think I’ll end up being happy with them in the end. I know it’s still early. I’m doing my massages, in and up, hoping to get them to round out more. I feel like Madonna. So pointy. I don’t like it.
The “sunburn” feeling is still around. I’m more comfortable without a bra on. I’m supposed to be wearing one 24/7.
I’m still off of work. I’m hoping for 3 more weeks off. My job is very physical and I have to be 100% in order to go back.

6 weeks PO and I’m feeling completely back to normal. They no longer get in my way or feel foreign. I’m so happy I did it.
The bra I have on is from Lulu lemon. It’s called the ta ta tamer. My PS ordered it for me. I love it. It separates and supports perfectly. Especially the sides.

Very happy with my results.

So.. Kind of nervous starting this journey, but more excited than anything! I had a child at the young age of 15. Which (obviously) was not planned. Anyways, my breasts have been through a lot. I just feel like someone as young as I, shouldn't have such saggy breasts! I take care of my body and i feel as if my breasts hold me back. I just want them to match the rest of my body. I've been doing a lot of research and a lot of saving for this and I'm excited to start my journey!

I had my first consultation today! It was great. It opened my eyes a lot! I know I'm young and I know a decision like this isn't just picking a nail polish color out. Cosmetic surgery is a huge decision and I've done a lot of research and I've thought it out carefully. It's something that I still definitely want! I went in with my best friend and my mom, we talked about what size I wanted and in my head I was thinking 300-350 because Im super petite. We also talked about saline and silicone. I went in knowing that since I'm not the age of 22 I cannot get silicone, I brought that to the doctors attention and he explained that if I decided that I wanted silicone, then I COULD get silicone, but it would not come with a warranty because of my age and saline implants would come with a warranty. I've always wanted silicone! He told me that i have to think long and hard before making any rash decisions. I tried on sizers 300-350 looked so small! 400-450 looked great! He came back into the room and asked me what I liked, I told him 450 and he said that they consider anything over 350 a large implant and with large implants come with large risks/complications especially because I am so petite so he told me that I should really consider giving it a few more weeks and try some rice sizers then to come back in and have another discussion. I love how we was honest because I still am super new to this! Anyways.. I still have another consultation with a different doctor on feb 9th.. Until then I would love and appreciate some opinions so feel free! Thanks.

i finally found a doctor I'm comfortable with! I'm set on saline 375cc HP under the muscle. surgery is on February 16th! Is it weird that I'm more excited than nervous? Maybe it hasn't really hit me yet.

Everything went well! My breasts are really swollen and the pain is hard to explain! A lot of tightness and pressure.. I've been sleeping all day and just took suppository for my nausea. I will post a picture tomorrow after my appointment with Dr. Chase!

It's what I would call day 4.. I woke up in so much pain. I see a lot of reviews, women going out day 2/3 post op!! My back aches and I still feel a lot of tightness and pressure. My doc stills suggests ice packs and my pain killers, but lortabs make me nauseous so I've been taking Tylenol (he said that was fine too) anyways.. Any suggestions? Did your pain last this long?
