Options for temporary teeth placement after cortical bone graft/implant placement?

Hello, in such cases, bone graft and implant treatments are performed with the least number of surgical procedures possible. Therefore, in the anterior region where you are planned to have a tooth deficiency after the extraction of hopeless teeth together with the grafting process, the relevant procedures can be performed in a single surgery if the tissues are suitable for this, and a more atraumatic approach can be taken.
In such processes, it is of great importance to use temporary prostheses as little as possible in order to prevent pressure on bone grafts, but it will be appropriate to use a removable prosthesis supported by a soft lining material.

Just wondering if there is a valid reason to remove other teeth. With out reviewing x-rays and your particular situation, this is hard to answer. The simplest approach would be to replace 8 & 9 with implants without removing any other teeth. If teeth like 7 have cavities or other damage and cannot be saved, then it makes sense to extract them. Ideally, extractions and bone grafts should be done with having a final "picture" or destination in mind when it comes to the final implant plan.
