Hi there. So I'm missing teeth 8 & 9 (accident). Surgeon will remove teeth 7 & 10, do cortical bone graft, let it heal, then place implants. Next phase is to remove teeth 6 and 11 and place implants. Dentist says teeth 7 and 11 have hopeless prognosis but tooth 11 may not be able to be "rebuilt" to support temporary bridge so he suggests to crown tooth 12 for 'support' Tooth 12 is a healthy tooth and I don't want to lose it. Any other options please?
