Help on what to put in place while cortical bone graft and implant placement heal.

Question

Plan is to surgically extract 7 and 10, do a cortical bone graft, allow for healing, then place implants. Same then for teeth 6 and 11 (but no cortical bone graft). I'm missing #8 & #9 due to earlier car accident. PROBLEM is dentist isn't sure tooth 11 can be "rebuilt" (due to decay /infection) to support temporary bridge. Surgeon said no to denture or anything putting pressure. Are there options not being thought of that I can propose to them? I'm desperate!

The most challanging point of bone augmentation procedures, especially in autogenous cortical bone augmentations is,the possible damage that can arise due to use of temporary prosthesis. A removable temporary prosthesis that has a big gap between prosthesis and grafted tissues, can avoid excess forces against bone graft.Although, you must use this prosthesis as less as possible to avoid damage. 
These operations have high bone regeneration capacity but they should not be damaged just for using temporary prosthesis.
To he honest, you can't propose another alternative to your doctors in that circumstance. I, as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, recommend you to trust them.
