Plan is to surgically extract 7 and 10, do a cortical bone graft, allow for healing, then place implants. Same then for teeth 6 and 11 (but no cortical bone graft). I'm missing #8 & #9 due to earlier car accident. PROBLEM is dentist isn't sure tooth 11 can be "rebuilt" (due to decay /infection) to support temporary bridge. Surgeon said no to denture or anything putting pressure. Are there options not being thought of that I can propose to them? I'm desperate!
