A removable temporary prosthesis that has a big gap between prosthesis and grafted tissues, can avoid excess forces against bone graft.Although, you must use this prosthesis as less as possible to avoid damage.
These operations have high bone regeneration capacity but they should not be damaged just for using temporary prosthesis.
