It would not be considered where you have saveable teeth. I would consult with a periodontist if they can help you address the receding gums by a minor surgical procedure (grafting) followed by veneers if you want to change the size and shape of the teeth. All-on-4 should always be a last resort of treatment for anyone considering it. Replace if possible any missing teeth with implants or bridgework. Save your own teeth if there is a chance at doing it.

The All-On-Four procedure is not intended for cases that involve healthy teeth, it is a treatment for hopeless teeth that have no other alternative. Since the process is irreversible with significant removal of bone, it would be hard to find a provider that would do this treatment. I'm not saying that you CAN'T find someone to do it, but most experienced providers would seek an alternative.

You are a candidate for poor outcome cosmetically with All on Four or Veneers.
Expansion prior to cosmetic procedures advised for a far better outcome.

I strongly suggest Epigenetic Orthopedics with the DNA Appliance to expand your pathologically underdeveloped Maxilla as a first step. This will improve your airway, reduce snoring and/or apnea, or prevent it as you age, give better support to your facial tissues and develop a natural relaxed full smile. I assume you have a forward head posture and other issues related to your underdeveloped maxilla.

I suspect you will no longer need veneers as you correct the facial form and your tissues correct.

If you still want to do All on Four or veneers you can but I would not recommend it. Doing all on four will not allow easy expansion in the future. MARPE and SARPE procedures can also be done but the best results are to correct underlying causes.
