Go see your dentist first thing to have it fixed. If it is only a prosthetic failure (meaning only the teeth) then you will need the bridge replaced. However if there are other issues including implant problems that needs to be addressed immediately. In addition it needs to be determined why the teeth fractured (this is key to understanding any changes that need to be made to your bite in the new set). You might also benefit from a night guard if you are not already using one. Anything that needs done however has to be determined by a dentist first.
Hello! It depends on the type of material that was used to restore your implants. The science of biomaterials is evolving everyday and we have newer and better materials (both functionally and esthetically) to restore implants nowadays. I would advise you to book for a consultation appointment for a material upgrade. We offer a hybrid material option with a flex bar for foundation and zirconia bridges, thus combining the strength and esthetics of zirconia and compatibility of the bar.
