Hi there, sorry you are dealing with this frustrating situation. Sadly, this is not terribly uncommon with implant supported dentures. There will always be a seam or a space between the dentures at the gums where food tends to collect. Sometimes there are steps that can be taken to minimize it, but they are a hygiene challenge for sure. At minimum, make sure the have the correct tip for your waterpik that will allow you to effectively flush the debris out. Additionally, verify that you have a textured floss. If the floss is too smooth it does not adequately remove the stuff. Best wishes
Hi there! To fully answer your question more information is needed! (gum measurements, radiographs and so on). BUT, from what I can see I would choose veneers, if these were my teeth. 100%
Hi there, you are right, your incisors are not in an ideal position. When they are mal-aligned there can be a lot of heavy wear and chipping that occurs due to the occlusal (biting) forces between the top and bottom teeth. Crowns can help, but in your case (from what I can see) you would get the best result, both esthetically and functionally, if you are willing do reposition the teeth a bit first. That said, it is possible to do crowns only and improve your smile. To fully discuss, you would need to be seen face to face! Hope you find a solution that gives you the smile you dream of!
Hi There, so sorry to hear about your tooth! Internal bleaching it a procedure that is done on a nonvital (dead) tooth. When it is done the whitening gel is placed into the pulp chamber space so it can whiten from the inside out. To complete this safely and effectively the tooth definitely should have already had a root canal!
Hi There! Thank you for taking the time to share photos, that is helpful. I am so glad you have taken some steps to help prevent further wear on your teeth. From what I can see in the photos, it does look like Kor could help, but it will take some time and commitment to get the improvement. To fully evaluate, I would need to see the teeth in person!
