It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  In general you can color your hair after three weeks.

You can color your donor area after 3months of your hair transplant operation. Doing it earlier can cause harm. 

4 weeks later you can color your hair donor site ... I recommend to my patient to color their all hair after 45 days .

three weeks it should be okay to dye your donor area hair, though it's never a bad idea to check with your surgeon for his/her personal preference.
