You need an in person consultation to assess the 'mole'. However, it is unlikely to be too close to the eye to remove safely. I would probably advise a tangential or shave excision but an elliptical excision or even an 'in the round' could be appropriate.I advise you to consult a suitably qualified and experience plastic surgeon.Best wishes.
Thank you for your question and photograph. Due to the location of your mole, I highly recommend you consult with an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) to have the mole evaluated and to discuss safe and appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
