I am 39 years old, 5’3” and 150 lbs. I lost 120 pounds 15 years ago. I have had 3 children since then. I have always wanted my thighs to be firmer and not as saggy. Is bodytite an option or would this level of sagging need a thigh lift? If so, is there any option other than the lateral incision down my inner thigh?

Answer: Droopy inner thighs after weight loss When a person loses massive amounts of weight, no radio frequency device will help them in tightening the skin. Your only outcome is an inner thigh lift. I recommendation to you is to still continue to lose as much weight as possible to have the best outcome of the surgical procedure. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.

Answer: Bodytite or thigh lift Both are good choices. According to the photo assessment, I believe a thigh lift is the best option for you. Now, if the scar concerns you, Bodytite can only aid with skin retraction by 40%.
