Technically this is not a breast reduction. You will need to downsize the implants, or remove them completely and have your own fat transferred. Your breast lift may need to be revised if the skin is loose when you downsize.

Exchanging large implants for smaller is not a breast reduction. A breast reduction is a partial mastectomy because excess breast tissue is removed. You can still have your implants exchanged for something smaller. I would suggest meeting with plastic surgeons in your area.
