Cost varies from location and surgeon. Each facility has their own specific guidelines when it comes to payment. For example we require a deposit to hold the day and payment must be made two weeks prior to the surgery. I would recommend seeking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeron closer to the time you want to have the surgery.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
The average cost and payment plans vary a lot depending on the clinic, the country, city and the plastic surgeon. It also depends on the number of areas treated with liposuction. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

In Dominican Republic , a board certified PS should charge from 3.500  to 4,500  dollars. Some plastic surgeons offer packages including stay ,meals, ground transportation etc. Be sure to look for certified PS.
