4 mths ago, I feel on the bathroom floor. I have a hematoma, bulge & large dent on my buttocks. Can plastic surgery help?(Photo)

CT scan revealed the hematoma. My doctor sent me to a general surgeon. The surgeon said removing the hematoma would make the appearance worse, and the scar tissue is causing the dent. She said massage it daily and maybe in time it would get better. I've lost 70 lbs and was just getting comfortable in my body for the first time in years. I don't want to live with this deformity forever. Any suggestions is appreciated!
