Why do I have a golf ball sized lump behind my belly button 2 weeks PO? Is it related to a popped but now healed blood vessel?

I had a TT and body contouring. My belly button is healing great looks good but there is pain on the left side when i sit up or move around. The pain is a golf ball sized lump directly behind my belly button. Had a popped blood vessel in that area on left side after my first surgery and had to have it cauterized, could it have something to do with that?
