My regimen is not working on hairline: fin, PRP, microneedling (minoxidil's giving me acne). Dutasteride?

MalePatternBaldness for 2 years now.(21 yo now). I succeeded in restoring the vertex nearly baseline, but the hairline is still progressing slowly. Should I add dutasteride to my regimen?
