What are the best Venus legacy and Exilis options for fatty face from being overfilled 8 years ago?

I am searching solutions to correct my fatty face from an overfilled FG 8 years ago but seems like there are not many options yet. So I'm wondering which handpieces of both Venus legacy and Exilis should and can be used on face in order to reduce facial fat? Thank you very much for your kind answers!
