Will J-Plasma work to tighten the skin on my thighs or Venus laser treatments? (Photo)

I've already had a spiral thigh lift and dont wish to have another. As you can see after 4 years everything went south. I am back where I started and out of alot of money. Any suggestions on how to tighten my would be appreciated.
