Is Venus Legacy a good option to tighten the loose skin on my stomach after 2 babies?

In truth, non-surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Cellutone/Zwave. However, for best results, a Tummy Tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. Without seeing what your stomach looks like, my recommendation for skin laxity would be BodyTite and/or Morpheus. BodyTite is a minimally invasive procedure that shapes, contours and tightens without using a scalpel and leaving a large scare. You are left with surgical-like results without prolonged downtime. Another recommendation would be Morpheus8, which is a fractional skin treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, tissues of the face and body can be remodeled to reveal a more radiant youthful appearance. With the radio frequency energy, it helps with tightening of the skin as well.

In terms of the Venus Legacy, I would not advise for skin laxity, although this can help, I don't believe you will get the results you are looking for after having 2 babies. The Venus Legacy is a great way to maintain results from BodyTite or Morpheus8, but would not be my recommendation for a starting point for your concerns.

Photos would have been extremely helpful. But, in their absence, a few general comments are in order. I have personally been using Profhilo, a unique hyaluronic acid-based injectable remodeling agent, for this purpose for the past year in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable fillers, volumizing fillers, skin boosters and Profhilo are available. If stretch marks, cellulite, or skin laxity; venus legacy offers a nice NON-invasive way to tighten skin.   
The Cutera ID may be worth considering if needing to destroy fat with some tightening.
The Cutera FLEX may be worth considering if needing to rebuild muscle mass. 
Venus Legacy doesn't kill the fat as much as Trusculpt ID.
Venous Legacy doesn't build muscle like the Trusculpt FLEX.
