Is there any other workable pattern? In Rogaine usage.

The recommended dose or use of Rogaine is to apply it to your scalp twice a day everyday.  Once a week or every two days would likely not work.

If you are interested in maintaining your hair then you should use the minoxidil product as recommended - at least once a day but preferably twice a day.

Rogaine is FDA approved for daily use. Every 2nd day use is much much less effective than daily use. Use every other day does not complicate shedding. At minimum, Rogaine needs to be used 5 days per week to make it a worthwhile trial for most people. Daily use is better.
