Is periodic shed normal with Rogaine after the initial shed?

If you have trichotillomania, no medications for hair growth will help.  You need to treat the trichotillomania before treating hair loss.

Rogaine does not harm hair.  It does not harm healthy hair.  If you are afraid of using Rogaine, you should discuss your concerns with your doctor.  You should have an exam before starting any treatment.

Mens Rogaine on eyebrows may or may not work to grow eyebrows. If by chance it works, you will need to use it daily.

You really need to see a doctor for a proper exam. One photo and short descriptions will not help with your cause.  I realize it may be frustrating but female hair loss can be very complicated and often times doctors don't have a single cause.

I recommend patients start Rogaine about 10 days after hair transplant if they were using it prior to the surgery.  If they were never using rogaine before the surgery, I have them wait about 21 days as sometimes patients can have a skin reaction to rogaine and I would not like that happening ...

If you are a woman, Women's Rogaine Foam works. However it does not mean it will work for you. Use as directed.  You need a diagnosis before treatment options. Follow up with a doctor if you have issues.
