I am female and have experienced a lot of hair loss on top my head. My hairline has not receaded. It is only thinning on top so bad I see my scalp easily. I had my IUD removed and began taking vitamins. My blood work is completely normal for hormones, thyroid, iron, everything except B12. It has always been low.
