Can grafts get damaged even after you don't see blood after combing?

15 days after hair transplant. The grafts were between medium length hair! I decided to go for a haircut. I said to the guy there, not to comb near skin after he did it one time. He said ok, but continues to do it. I was ready to argue with him but the haircut was over! I didnt see any blood that is an obvious sign that you lost a graft. This nondescript person was combing the hair while he was medium scratching my scalp! Is there any way of injury to my grafts even If i didnt see any blood?
