I had breast surgery 2 years ago but just 6 months after having the implants I felt that the shape wasn't right or very attractive. I feel they have volume higher up and then slope down where there is excess skin underneath. I'm wondering if I have waterfall deformity/snoopy dog deformity as that is what I'm finding on the Internet when I search the appearance of my breasts.
Answer: Waterfall Yes this does appear to be a waterfall deformity. The usual way of correcting this is to have a breast lift (mastopexy). However I have managed to correct this in milder deformities (which yours appear to be) by exchanging round implants for anatomical (teardrop) shaped implants.

Answer: Breast Augmentation Result I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your results. You appear to have some sagging breast tissue hanging from the implant, causing this unideal shape. This is often referred to as the “Snoopy Dog” deformity. The only way to address this is with a breast lift. A breast lift will raise the nipples and improve your overall breast shape, giving your breast a more youthful appearance. I recommend reaching out to your surgeon to discuss your options. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast Revision Surgery Hi Abs878787, Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras. If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Also, you may need to wait until after 6 months when your implants have completely dropped and fluffed into their final position. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast lift for waterfall deformity Your pictures appear to show a classic waterfall effect, with the implants centered on the base of the breast but the breast tissue sagging. A breast lift is the best solution for this.

Answer: Do I have waterfall deformity after breast implants? Based on the photo, you do seem to be having a "snoopy dog" deformity. A breast lift can correct this. Schedule an appointment with your surgeon for an in person examination and a detailed discussion of your revision options.
