Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. Hi, jaw augmentation can be performed using precise placement of a dermal filler.  This is performed differently in a man versus woman face.  The benefit of shaping the jaw line with a dermal filler is this can be performed as an office treatment with little to no downtime.  I prefer using Restylane Lift or Radiesse.  I would like to point out that in my opinion, a dermal filler provides far more reliable volume and shape than fat transfer.  Shaping fillers are best, Sculptra is meant to fill in indentations and wouldn't be my choice for shaping the jaw line.
